Fees:
- $75 for Scouts. Early Bird Registration $55 (before March 4)
- $15 for week for Papoose
- Webelos Overnighter: $10 for Scout and $5 for Parent
Registration:
Done online at www.southernskydistrict.org between January 7 and March 4 is Early Bird. Anything after March 5 is still done online, but early registration fees do not apply. Money and certain paperwork will still be collected by your pack’s camp coordinator and MUST be turned in at Twilight Camp Meeting on March 4.
Scouts moving into your unit after the March 4 deadline (new scouts) and new Tigers joining in May still receive the early fee.
Camp Orientation:
- June 1st 6:30-7:30 at Allen LDS at Exchange and Alma, for people who have worked camp before ONLY.
- June 5th 9:00-10:30 at Myers Park.
- June 12th 9:00-10:30 at Myers Park, followed by set-up.
ALL JUNIOR VOLUNTEERS MUST ATTEND THE ORIENTATION ON JUNE 1 or JUNE 5.
Every volunteer must choose one orientation to attend.
Shirt Pickup:
T-shirt pick up will be at May Roundtable, ideally.
How can you help make this a great camp?
You can help us by volunteering to help organize and run an area of camp. Currently, we are looking for people in the following areas for both weeks: Scouting, Nurse, Crafts, Games, Science/Nature, Woodworking, Leather, Papoose, BBs, Security, Campfire, and Webelos Overnighter, Administration, Photographer
Please visit the district website to let us know your interest. Station leaders receive a 50% discount on their campers’ registration fees!
Attention: Pack Coordinators – We will be meeting before all future Roundtables at the LDS at 6:45PM to discuss Camp with you and to get your input!
Camp Volunteers:
If you have signed up to work an area at Twilight Camp, please do your best to join us at the meeting as we really need your input on how to make sure camp runs smoothly and the boys have FUN!! We are asking that you share with us your plans on activities. Activity plans are due by February Roundtable!
