New Youth Training at the Unit Level
Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops (ILST) replaces Troop Leader Training (TLT), which replaced Junior Leader Training (JLT). This syllabus is available for download at Scouting.org, or you can click here.
Introduction to Leadership Skills for Crews (ILSC) is also available, as is Introduction to Leadership Skills for Ships(ILSS).
Effective January 1, 2012, these leader trainings are to replace prior unit-level youth training. Taking one of them is a pre-requisite for NYLT, NAYLE and Kodiak Challenge.
