Webelos Outdoor Weekend – September 26-27, 2009

“DISCOVER SCOUTING”
Who: All 1st and 2nd year Webelos AND adult partner (parent / guardian OR 1 adult leader for every 5 boys with at least 2 deep leadership). Boy Scout Troops may attend to demonstrate their skills.
Cost: $6 for early registration (must be received at COUNCIL OFFICE no later than September 19th). Late registration $10 (paid at the event). REGISTER EARLY TO GET A PATCH !
Provisions: Bring your own food, tents, cooking utensils, cook stove, sleeping bag, pillow, water bottle, flashlight, etc. NO flame lanterns, please!! Battery-type only.
Cracker Barrel: Saturday night – skits, songs, fun, and snacks (provided)! Creativity and humor abound!

Our Theme will be “Discover Scouting” so bring your explorers hat and prepare to have some fun! We are encouraging Webelos Dens to come up Friday night to visit the Troops at their campsites!

No, you may not duct tape the Scouts to the trees either.
